Questions You May Frequently Be Asking:

who am i? what do I like? what do i want? how do i figure that out?

We tell stories about ourselves that reflect what others have told us is possible - but what do we actually want? How do we figure that out? And how do we imagine, feel into... do that?

It can be a stressful and messy, beautiful and exciting journey to figure out exactly that - what you want for your life.

We will focus on cultivating a day-to-day reality that allows you to flow into a life that feels best for you.

what are my needs? How do I know? how do i share them?

For so many reasons, recognizing our needs can be difficult.

Connecting - and listening - to ourselves is a process unique to each one of us.

Together, we will develop paths for you to access your process and, in turn, learn the ‘how, when, where, why, and to whom’s’ of sharing your needs.

How do I handle change & chaos?

Change of any kind can feel unpredictable, and overwhelming.

Setting up systems that make change and flexibility feel possible is one way to feel rooted during the chaos.

about woods

Woods (he/they) is a white disabled, nonbinary, queer, trans, neurodivergent cultural worker. Woods is autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyscalculic, and has dealt with TBIs.

After earning an M.Ed. degree in Counseling and finishing all but his dissertation in an Applied Social and Community Psychology doctoral program, Woods realized that he could not find the answers they were looking for - to these exact questions - in traditional structures of learning or care.

Woods went on his own interest-based journey rooted in 13 years of scholarship and practice to build an eclectic toolbox ready to co-create supportive structures for your life.

Woods’ practice is rooted in lineages of abolition, disability justice and solidarity, healing justice, transformative justice, and the land back movement.
